How is Eden Orchards juice different from other fruit beverages on the market?

Our juice is made with 100% Pure NZ grown fruit. It is not from concentrate, and contains no preservatives or added sugar. Many alternatives on the market are typically made from concentrate, meaning their benefits are greatly reduced when the fruits are processed. Eden Orchard’s proprietary juicing process ensures that the maximum benefits of every single cherry are represented, offering you the best possible results.

Will the freshness of cherries be affected if they are picked during unstable weather?

Harvesting in the rain can damage both the cherries and the trees. Therefore, our orchard closes on rainy days and no picking takes place.

Are the harvested cherries screened? What if damaged cherries are mixed in when making juice?

In New Zealand, cherries are hand-picked one by one and carefully hand-sorted. Quality control begins right at harvest, with strict standards maintained all the way through juicing, retail, and export. This ensures damaged fruit is completely avoided.

Do cherries, like strawberries, soak in water for long periods after harvest, leading to a fermented taste if stored for several days before juicing?

Freshly harvested cherries undergo a chilled flowing water rinse. They are then cold-pressed, pasteurized, bottled, and sealed all within 3~4 hours. This process ensures that only the freshest fruit is used to produce the freshest and highest quality cherry juice. We process everything locally at the orchard, we avoid long storage or transport delays—offering freshness that you deserve.
